New leads
How many new people enter your world each month, and whether you know where they came from.
Free marketing scorecard
This scorecard rates your marketing across the five things that actually move revenue: new leads, conversion, new products, revenue per customer, and how often customers come back. Ten questions, about three minutes, and you see your scores immediately.
What you get
The five bars appear the moment you finish the last question — no email gate on the result itself. The written report follows by email and explains what the weakest score means for a business like yours, and what to do about it.

The five levers
Everything else is a tactic in service of one of these. The scorecard asks two questions about each.
01
How many new people enter your world each month, and whether you know where they came from.
02
What proportion of them become customers, and how much of that is luck versus process.
03
Whether you have anything new to sell to the people who already trust you.
04
What an average customer is worth, and whether you have ever deliberately tried to raise it.
05
How often they come back, and what actually brings them back.

Answer the way things actually are, not the way you'd like them to be — a score that flatters you is worth nothing. Rough answers are fine. Nothing here needs you to go and look something up.
You'll see your scores the moment you finish. The written report comes by email afterwards, and only if you want it.
Pick the closest answer — 1 to 4 on the keyboard works too.
Your result
Your website check and three actions for each area are in the full report. It takes a couple of minutes to write and arrives by email.
Or just take the scores and go — nothing here needs your email.
Where should it go
The report reads your home page as part of the check, which is why it asks for your website. Everything else just makes the writing specific to you.
Sent
It usually lands within five minutes. If it hasn't turned up, check the spam folder before assuming the worst — and if it still isn't there, email me at liam@deftlygrowth.com and I'll send it again.
Your answers
Your answers generate your score and your report, and they are stored so I can send that report to you. That is the whole purpose they are used for.
They are not sold, not shared with anyone, and not added to a mailing list you did not ask to join. There is no automated follow-up sequence. If you want your answers deleted, email me and they are gone. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Common questions
Yes. No card, no trial, no charge later. It exists because it is the most useful thing I can give someone before they are ready to spend money, and because it tells me whether I can help before either of us wastes a call finding out.
Your scores on screen the moment you finish, across all five areas, with the weakest one called out. Then a written report by email that explains what each score means for your business and what to do about the lowest one.
Ten questions, about three minutes. There is nothing to look up — the questions are about things you already know, and an honest rough answer scores better than a precise one you had to go and find.
They are used to generate your score and your report, and stored so I can send it to you. They are not sold, not shared, and not added to any list you did not ask to join. You can ask me to delete them at any time and I will.
No. The report arrives by email and that is the end of it unless you reply. There is a booking link in the report if you want to talk, and no follow-up sequence chasing you if you do not.
Beyond the scorecard
The scorecard tells you which lever is weakest. Half an hour on a call is enough to work out why, and what to do about it first.
